New commercial Building

The site is formed a flat double wide car lot, Located adjacent to the busy 4th avenue in bay ridge Brooklyn. The proposed program of this commercial building comprises of a multi-level car park, medical facility, offices and roof top oasis with balcony setbacks.

The composition of this south facing façade included two separate types of glass panel; one photovoltaic spandrel glass panels positioned between floor levels and vertical circulation zones

Feeds directly into the buildings energy and tax strategy in unison with its lush roof garden and terrace areas Low-e operable glass panels ‘hopper type’ to allow passive ventilation on the south facing curtain wall. Access through a cast in place concrete and glass shoe threshold that forms into a planter, perched in front of a decorative lattice bronze fence

Which continues to form a roll down security gate for car park entrance. The zones on the roof negotiate between gentile sloping hill topographies, lake like water features and shading structures.
